§ 01 — What I've Built

Tools built for
my own shop.

Every tool below runs at MIGHTY Photo Booths. Built to solve a real problem, not a hypothetical one. Capability and time savings — no implementation details published.

★ Signature Builds

The flagship systems. Each one holds a full roster inside — click to explore.

★ Signature Build

JIMBO: AI Orchestrator

Live · iterating
Andrew working beside Jimbo, his AI orchestrator

Running a booth business solo means being the salesperson, designer, accountant, dispatcher, and IT department at once, and dropping balls daily. Jimbo is the master orchestrator that ends that: with access to 189 tools he can operate directly, he routes every task to a specialist agent, holds shared memory across the whole operation, coordinates system health, manages remote servers, and runs missions overnight without supervision. You review, approve, and redirect. The business runs even when you're on a ladder at a venue.

  • Dispatch: 189 tools at his fingertips; every task routed to the right specialist, 24/7
  • Memory: one shared brain; every agent knows what the others did
  • Missions: 41 autonomous overnight runs: follow-ups, monitoring, research
  • Overwatch: System Medic health triage, remote server management, watchdog + audit trail
★ Signature Build

SPECTRE

Live · iterating
SPECTRE shield and raven security artwork

Small businesses get breached because attackers know nobody is watching. SPECTRE is a full-spectrum security platform that runs an engagement end to end: map the attack surface, hammer it, verify the defenses caught it, and ship a branded report. Enterprise-grade security posture at a booth-studio scale.

  • Recon: Raven, Blackthorn
  • Red-team: Gauntlet, Ember
  • Blue + Purple: Bastion, Watchtower, Shannon
  • Cloud + AI-sec: Cloudbreak, Ghost (computer-use)
  • Report: Dossier, Code Council, REST API
★ Signature Build

PANDORA'S FORGE

Live · iterating
Pandora's Forge opening with music, video, and generated imagery

Design is where booth businesses bleed: every event needs custom assets, agencies are slow, and freelancers are feast-or-famine. Pandora's Forge is a full creative-AI suite of specialist wings that take a brief from idea to finished asset: posters, overlays, animated reels, client decks, impact reports. Agency output on a solo operator's payroll.

  • Generate: image and video across every major model
  • Brand: brand-aware template engine, font and style libraries
  • Compose: scene composers plus post-production
  • Ship: Notion-driven pipeline → posters, reels, decks, reports
★ Signature Build

MIGHTY MEDIA INTELLIGENCE

In Progress
A mystical media archive organizing photos, video, audio, and provenance

Years of event photos and video are valuable only if anyone can find the right asset again.

MIGHTY Media Intelligence is the planned media brain for the company: a rights-aware catalog that learns what each image is, where it belongs, and which production tools may use it.

The roadmap is active; the first production phase is just beginning.

Build pipeline0%
  • Source: Drive Graph inventory with zero destructive file moves
  • Teach: human decisions become an auditable, reversible media catalog
  • Retrieve: approved ContentPacks for posts, decks, reels, and campaigns
  • Pipeline: 0 of 11 roadmap phases completed
★ Signature Build

MIGHTY CRM

In Progress
A mystical revenue command center connecting leads, quotes, contracts, payments, and events

MIGHTY CRM is the owned revenue system replacing the pile of rented software between a new lead and a paid event.

Quotes, contracts, jobs, Square payments, QuickBooks activity, and reporting are moving onto one Postgres-backed operating system built around how MIGHTY actually sells and delivers events.

Build pipeline33%
  • Foundation: owned Postgres data model and quote dual-write are live
  • Payments: Square and QuickBooks rails feed one allocation ledger
  • Exit plan: built to replace BoothBook and VSCO Workspace safely
  • Pipeline: 3 of 9 master phases completed
★ Signature Build

NO SCREEN KIDS

In Progress
A bright enchanted world of paper activities, wooden toys, nature, and screen-free play

A free printable activity-page project for parents who need twenty quiet minutes without handing over another glowing rectangle.

Pick an activity, age band, layout, and character genre; the system creates one or two print-ready pages and checks that the puzzle actually works. It is still being tested and improved, with the plan to release it free when the output is consistently safe, playable, and worth the paper.

  • For kids: printable activities designed for ages 3–8
  • Free: planned as a free parent tool, not another subscription
  • Playable: mazes, puzzles, and PDF geometry are validated locally
  • Iterating: art quality, review gates, and print testing improve every pass

Ops Automation

6 tools

The agents that run the day so you don't have to.

Inbox Agent

ops

Leads go cold in hours, and they always land while you're mid-event or asleep. Inbox Agent reads every inbound inquiry, classifies it, and drafts a response in your voice, trained on 3+ years of sent email.

You wake up to replies waiting for approval instead of an inbox full of guilt. Nothing sits, nothing slips.

~1.5 hrs/day saved

Morning Brief

ops

Most operators start the day with an hour of tab-checking: email, calendar, CRM, socials. That hour is gone before real work starts.

The brief lands in Slack at 06:00 with new leads ranked by score, overdue tasks, upcoming events, and one priority action. The day starts decided, not discovered.

~30 min/day saved

Teach — Coach Feedback Loop

ops

Every automation drifts: it guesses wrong, you correct it, and next week it makes the same mistake. Corrections that don't stick are wasted breath.

Teach feeds the orchestrator agent's memory directly. He queues his biggest open questions, you answer once, and the answer becomes permanent operating knowledge. Errors drop, drift stops, operations keep flowing.

Post-Event Pipeline

ops

The day after an event is admin quicksand: download the archive, upload to Drive, dig up gallery links, write the thank-you. It's the work you're too tired to do well.

This runs the whole sequence automatically: media archived, project record updated with gallery links and stats, thank-you email drafted. You sleep in; the client still gets same-day polish.

45 min/event saved

Design Request Pipeline

design

Design briefs assembled over eight back-and-forth emails burn days and client goodwill, and the designer still starts with half the assets missing.

This scans email for brand assets, builds a structured brief, links everything to Drive, and queues it complete. The designer opens a finished brief every single time.

~45 min/day saved

Ops Dashboard — AI Operating System

Custom Buildops

Running a booth business means flying blind between five browser tabs, wondering what actually needs you today. The important signal drowns in the noise.

The Ops Dashboard is a custom-built overview of your business performance, designed to streamline operations and keep you focused where the business needs you most: your Daily Focus, CRM insights, inbox alerts with interactive buttons, financials and forecasts, and an Overall Business Health view that confirms every system is healthy and humming.

Every build is custom to your business. Starts at $6,500 for a fully connected dashboard system.

Limited to one build per quarter, 90-day turnaround on average. Serious inquiries only.

Sales & Leads

7 tools

Find them, know them, close them.

OSINT Research Pipeline

sales

Big accounts don't go to the cheapest booth; they go to the vendor who understood the account. Walking into a pitch blind is how you stay a commodity.

This runs deep research on the client, their company, and the venue before you ever reply: who decides, what they've booked, what they care about. It builds the Notion records and generates a tailored pitch design request. Knowledge is what lands the larger accounts.

New Client Buildout

sales

Every booking kicks off an hour of setup drudgery: records, folders, checklists, links. Skip a step and it bites you the week of the event.

One command builds the full event infrastructure in Notion: Client, Company, Venue, Design Request, Event Details, and Project records, all cross-linked, plus the Google Drive folder and equipment checklist. Booked to fully-staged in minutes.

~1 hr/event saved

Lead Score Agent

sales

Treating every inquiry equally means the $5k corporate lead waits in line behind a price shopper. First-come-first-served is a terrible sales strategy.

Every inquiry gets scored across 13 weighted signals: event proximity, guest count, upsell potential, repeat-client flags, price sensitivity. The hot ones surface before you even open Gmail.

~15 min/day saved

Gmail Lead Scanner

sales

A missed lead doesn't complain; it just books your competitor. You never find out what that buried email cost you.

The scanner watches the inbox for booth inquiries on a schedule and flags every one for follow-up. Missing a lead becomes nearly impossible.

SEO Agent

marketing

Rankings slip quietly, and by the time bookings dip it's been months. Paid ads are the expensive apology for not watching.

This monitors booth-rental keywords across local markets and surfaces drops and competitor gains before they compound. It's the system behind a page-1 position with zero ad spend.

~30 min/day saved

Competitor Intel Engine

marketing

Pricing blind against local competitors costs you one of two things: margin you didn't need to give up, or deals you didn't need to lose.

Passive OSINT tracks every area competitor: pricing, venue relationships, social velocity, review signals, all on a color-coded service-area map. You quote knowing the field.

Blog Agent

marketing

Content marketing works, and nobody running events has time to do it. The blog that was going to bring in organic leads has three posts from two years ago.

This researches, outlines, writes, and formats SEO-optimized industry articles with matched cover images, on a schedule. The content engine runs whether you're busy or not.

Back Office

7 tools

Money, paperwork, and compliance on rails.

Penny — Finance Platform

finance

Booth money is messy: deposits, balances, contractor pay, gear costs, all scattered across apps. Tax season becomes archaeology.

Penny is the money brain: ledger, invoices, payment tracking, and QuickBooks dual-write in one platform. Every dollar in and out is queryable in seconds.

Gift Card Generator

finance

Discounting to close a deal trains clients to expect discounts. You win the booking and cheapen the brand in the same move.

Branded gift cards with tracked codes close the same deals while protecting your list price. The client feels they won something; your pricing integrity survives.

ACH Info Sender

finance

Corporate clients want to pay by bank transfer, and retyping account details into email is both tedious and one typo away from a payment lost in limbo.

One step packages and sends verified payment instructions. Fast for them, safe for you.

10 min/request saved

COI Creator

finance

"The venue needs a COI by Friday" usually means days of waiting on an insurance agent while your load-in approval hangs in the balance.

This generates the ACORD certificate with additional-insured language and sends it in minutes. Venue requirement handled before the call ends.

20 min/request saved

W9 Generator

finance

Corporate procurement won't cut a check until the W-9 clears, and every day it sits unfiled is a day your payment doesn't move.

One command generates the pre-filled, signed W-9 package and delivers it. Vendor onboarding stops stalling your cash flow.

15 min/request saved

Invoice PDF Fetcher

finance

"Can you resend my invoice?" arrives at the worst possible moment, every time, and hunting through the billing system mid-event is nobody's idea of service.

This pulls a clean PDF invoice for any client or event, booked or pre-payment lead, in about 30 seconds.

MIGHTY-CRM

In Developmentsales

Generic CRMs make booth operators fight their assumptions: no event dates, no venue records, pipelines built for SaaS sales instead of Saturday bookings.

MIGHTY-CRM is purpose-built for photo booths: leads, quotes, invoicing rails, and a pipeline board that matches how bookings actually flow. Cloud Postgres underneath, a real quote builder on top.

Logistics

5 tools

Every event planned, packed, and findable.

Event Details Builder

ops

Event details scattered across email threads guarantee a day-of surprise: wrong load-in door, missing timeline, unassigned staff.

This pulls CRM data and builds a fully structured Event Details page in one shot: timeline, venue logistics, equipment list, design brief, staff assignments. Everything the event needs, one page.

45 min/event saved

Event Logistics Analyzer

ops

Double-booking Saturdays is where booth businesses either grow or implode. Guessing drive times is how you end up apologizing to a bride.

This calculates drive times with real traffic buffers, builds staff schedules, checks calendar conflicts, and scores multi-event feasibility. "Can we pull off both?" gets answered with data.

Equipment Checklist Printer

ops

Every operator has left something at a venue: a cable, a light, once in a while the printer. The 11pm teardown is where gear goes to disappear.

This prints any equipment checklist as a clean PDF grouped by case and bag, with charge-after flags and pocket tags. Pack-out and pack-away run off the same sheet.

Event Folder Builder

ops

"It's somewhere in Drive" is a sentence that costs minutes daily and hours weekly. Inconsistent folders make every handoff a scavenger hunt.

This creates the same standardized Drive tree for every event: design files, client previews, event output, admin docs. Anyone on the team finds anything, instantly.

Drive Event Dedup

ops

Duplicate event folders breed silently until nobody knows which copy holds the real files. Cleaning it up by hand risks deleting the wrong one.

This finds duplicates by date and fuzzy event name, then archives confirmed dupes safely. It never deletes. Years of event storage, kept clean.

Staffing

3 tools

The right people, briefed and dispatched.

Event Staffing Agent

ops

Staffing a month of events means a week of group texts, no-replies, and double-checking three calendars. It's the chore that never ends.

This discovers upcoming events that need staff, cross-verifies across Notion, Calendar, and Gmail, then sends personalized briefing texts to your chosen people. A month staffed in one sitting.

Staff Briefing Sheets

ops

Staff who show up under-briefed make the brand look improvised, and no one reads a forwarded email chain in the parking lot.

This generates a one-page PDF briefing per person per event: timeline, venue, contacts, setup notes. Everyone walks in knowing exactly what the day looks like.

20 min/event saved

Staff Dispatch

ops

Who-goes-where lives in your head until the weekend two events collide and it doesn't. Verbal assignments evaporate.

Dispatch coordinates assignments across the event calendar and gets each person their marching orders. Pairs with the briefing sheets so dispatch and prep happen together.

Booth Features

3 tools

The details guests notice and competitors can't copy.

360-Music-Box

design

360 videos live or die on the track, and hunting music one download at a time wastes the subscription you're already paying for.

This scrapes daily on autopilot, squeezing maximum value from the subscription of your choice, filing everything into an organized Google Drive plus a Notion/Excel sheet for agent progress tracking.

The built-in audio trimmer adds fade effects and exports in every format your booth software wants. Every 360 video ships with a clean, event-ready track.

Remote Event Monitoring — Snappic

Coming Soonops

A drop-off booth that dies at hour one earns you a furious email at hour five. You can't stand next to every activation, so every unattended event is a slow-motion gamble.

Monitoring agents watch the live Snappic feed and alert you the moment it matters: idle-booth alerts when sessions stall, hype alerts when the floor heats up, and system overwatch for the quiet killers like an iPad not charging or dropping connection.

You act while the event is still saveable, instead of reading about it in a review.

Remote Event Monitoring — Booth.Events

Coming Soonops

Sending staff out alone or dropping a booth means hours of wondering whether anything is actually happening. Silence is not reassurance.

Monitoring agents watch the live Booth.Events feed and send custom alerts: idle-booth when activity stalls, hype during the rush, and system overwatch for hardware trouble like charging or connectivity failures.

Rest easy while gear is in the field. You take action when it matters instead of waiting for the bad news.

Booth Utility

6 tools

The workhorse tools that keep the operation sharp.

Watermark App

design

Unbranded gallery photos are free advertising you never collect on, and hand-watermarking hundreds of files after midnight is not a marketing plan.

This batch-marks everything with real controls: positioning, opacity, per-batch presets. Multi-format export including compressed WebP keeps galleries fast while every share carries your brand.

Snappic Microsite Builder

design

The default guest gallery looks the same for every operator in town. Your best branding moment, the link every guest opens, shows up generic.

This generates custom CSS per event, color-matched to the design package. Guests open a branded experience, and corporate clients notice the difference.

20 min/event saved

Template Resource Scraper

design

Building a template library one manual download at a time means your design options stay thin and your late nights stay long.

This automated scraper collects industry template resources (welcome screens, print overlays, 360 overlays, PSD templates) into an organized asset library, deduplicated against what you already own. The library grows itself.

Property Return

ops

Gear left at a venue usually stays lost. Whoever finds it has no idea whose it is or how to reach you, so a $2,000 kit becomes someone's shelf decoration.

Every piece of equipment carries a QR code. A finder scans it, lands on a branded found-property page, and you get an instant alert with the scanner's location. They get a contact form with photo upload, routed to your email and SMS. Lost gear finds its way home.

Gallery Export — Snappic

ops

Pulling the full photo and GIF archive out of the Snappic dashboard after every event is click-click-click busywork, and skipping it means client media lives on someone else's servers.

This downloads the complete event zip and files it straight into the event's Drive folder automatically. Every gallery archived, owned, and organized without touching the dashboard.

15 min/event saved

Gallery Export — Booth.Events

ops

Every Booth.Events gallery you don't archive is client media you don't control. The manual download-and-file routine is exactly the chore that gets skipped on busy weeks.

This grabs the full event media zip, uploads it to the event's Drive folder, and captures the public gallery URL for the post-event email. Delivery-ready the morning after.

15 min/event saved

Upsells

3 tools

Deliverables that turn one booking into more revenue.

Client Montage Builder

design

After the event, the client's excitement peaks and then fades daily. A highlight video is the perfect strike-while-hot upsell, except editing one takes a night you don't have.

This builds a branded montage from the event's photos automatically: intro, crossfades, end card, music. Renders in minutes, prices like an add-on, and lands while the event is still the talk of their office.

Analytics Report — Booth.Events

marketing

Corporate clients spend five figures on activations and get back a link and a shrug. When budget season comes, the booth is the line item nobody can defend.

This turns Booth.Events gallery data into a deliverable that defends the spend: branded cover, executive-level briefing, engagement and share activity, peak-time analysis, and a contacts CSV. Computer vision picks the highlight photos of the event, a QR code links straight to the gallery, and a branded final page carries the rebooking CTA.

It performs better than what either booth software company offers out of the box. Guaranteed to blow your corporate clients away and set you apart from your competition.

Not for sale in DFW :)

~1 hr/report saved

Analytics Report — Snappic

marketing

The event ends, the gallery link goes out, and the client's boss asks "was it worth it?" with nothing to point at. That silence kills rebookings.

This turns Snappic event data into a deliverable that answers the question: branded cover, executive-level briefing, engagement stats, and peak-time analysis. Computer vision selects the highlight photos of the event, a QR code drops the reader into the gallery, and the branded final page closes with a rebooking CTA.

It performs better than what either booth software company offers out of the box. Guaranteed to blow your corporate clients away and set you apart from your competition.

Not for sale in DFW :)

Web Design

1 tool

Websites that sell the experience before the event.

Video-to-Website

design

Video on a website usually just sits in a player, ignored. All that production value, one thumbnail deep.

This turns video into the site itself: parallax scroll effects that intertwine scrolling with video playback. Exploding objects, before/after transformations, diagram pop-outs. The visitor's scroll drives the story, and nobody clicks away mid-scroll.
